Disney By The Numb3rs is looking for some new guest writers & bloggers to expand our coverage of Walt Disney World and Disneyland and everything in between.

Requirements for writing with us:

  • Must be a Disney fan and have experience with the Disney brand
  • Experience with Disney Parks, Resorts, Products, Film, and Music a plus
  • Previous writing experience a plus
  • Writing positions are volunteer positions and are NOT paid, but writers can build their personal brand via author bylines and personal staff pages. Writers will also have the chance to learn valuable skills.





Disney By The Numb3rs (DBTN) writing Guidelines



Topic & Subject Approval
DBTN will need to approve the topic or subject. We love a good idea and a good story but it must be original and not posted anywhere else. If you have a topic that you are going to use on your own site don't send it to us.

Post Policies
Please note the following guest post policies:

  • Your article must be original and not published elsewhere, in whole or in part, on the internet prior to or after its publishing on the Disney By The Numb3rs Blog.
  • You may include one link in your Bio, which will be displayed at the end of the post. Unfortunately, we’re not able to link to websites that currently compete — or could compete We also cannot include links to sites that are not related in any way to Disney, travel. Overall, we reserve the right to decline a link if we consider it to be inappropriate for our site in any way.
  • Keep your writing informal and use a conversational tone.
  • All posts must include some photos.
  • Include a short bio so that we may introduce you to our readers at the beginning of the post and add it to staff writer list

Post Submission
Once your topic is approved and you’ve agreed to the guidelines set forth above, we will set up a Dropbox folder where you can submit your article and photos.

Photo Submission
All posts must include accompanying photos. You must have authority and permission to use the photos, and they must not be published on any other content-based websites (photo-sharing websites like flickr and photobucket, etc., excluded) before or after being published on the Disney By The Numb3rs Blog.

  • Indicate within the body of your text where you would like each photo to be displayed.
  • Name your photos with captions prior to sending.
  • Add your photos to your DropBox folder It is requested that photos be at least 800 pixels

Post Editing
We reserve the right to correct grammar, spelling, etc. as well as to add links to other posts on the Disney By The Numb3rs Blog. We will research for accuracy if needed. Please note that if major changes are necessary, we will respectfully suggest that you edit the post appropriately so that we can move forward with it at a later date. If the post is inappropriate for the Disney By The Numb3rs Blog, we reserve the right to reject it.

Publishing Timeframe
When submitting your article, please understand that it may take up to 2 weeks or more to publish, depending on other news in the cycle.
