Downtown Disney Marketplace Bus Stop Closure
The Downtown Disney Marketplace bus stops will be closed for refurbishment from September 21 - 26, 2009. During the refurbishment all Downtown Disney guests must use the Pleasure Island bus stops.
In particular, guests staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa may wish to take note. The proximity of the Marketplace bus stops to Saratoga Springs makes this a convenient vehicle for resort hopping. From most rooms, guests can easily walk to the DTD Marketplace and then catch a bus to any Disney resort on property. The walk from Saratoga Springs to the Pleasure Island bus stops is considerably longer and less convenient than the Marketplace location.
