The first parade at Disneyland debuted in 1958 and it was called “Christmas in Many Lands Parade.” The name changed in 1961 to “Parade of Toys and Parade of all Nations,” but then switched back to “Christmas in Many Lands Parade” until 1964. The following year it became “Fantasy on Parade” and that was a name that finally stuck for several years. In the 1980’s the park debuted a new paraded called “A Very Merry Christmas Parade” and finally in the mid 1990’s “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” made its way down Main Street U.S.A.
