Let's Get Started!
Whether you've visited WDW one or one hundred times, you can be guaranteed a magical vacation with each visit. Even seasoned visitors continue to find surprises at every turn. As a "seasoned" visitor to the disney parks in Florida and California, my eyes and heart are opened to a new adventure each and every time. Not only with attractions, food, and resorts, but with cast members as well...they are the best, making sure they add to the entire experience.
There are many ways to experience the "Magic of Disney"...If you are able to experience flying to your WDW destination, and stay on one of the many themed resorts, the magic begins the moment you check your luggage at your hometown airport. Why? Well, not to spoil the magic, (but I will for the sake of fun...), you never have to think about your luggage the remainder of your arrival...the tags provided by Disney prior to your visit, provide you with the ease of travel knowing your luggage will be waiting for you...in your resort room! It's MAGIC!
Once your plane lands in Orlando look for cast members waving with gloved hand...Mickey's gloved hand that is, and follow them to the Disney's Magical Express check-in counter. Cast Members will direct you to the proper resort queue so you can walk right on Disney's Magical Express, heading for your resort! (Do you feel the excitement building???)
You're walking through the queue as cast members greet you with enthusiasm, welcoming you "home" and pointing you to the appropriate resort Magical Express...once everyone is aboard...Disney's Magical Express departs for your resort! (The smile on your face will be there the rest of your journey...be prepared for sore cheeks!). During your Magical Express drive to your respective resorts, be on the watch for some very special characters who will greet and prepare you for the fun in store on the most magical place on earth! (I can feel your excitement building...let loose!!!)
Disney's Magical Express drives to Disney property and transports all the guests on the Magical Express to their respective resorts. Usually they stop at more than one resort...it's a great way to see and discover all Disney has to offer....today Disney's Magical Express is driving their guests to Disney's Contemporary, Grand Floridian and Polynesian resorts. Everyone on the Magical Express, at this point, (and yes, that includes you...I know you can hear the others...), are collectively letting out "ooohs" and "ahhhhs" as they take in all the sights of the property from the lush grounds with their Disney themed topiary, to the animated billboards. Wait! We've arrived at our resort! Are you ready for more Magic?

I was a Disney Store cast member from 1994 to 2001 and graduated from Disney University. Also Cast Member of the Quarter award winner. I cannot remember a time in my life when Disney wasn't a favorite...I fell in love the first time I watched the original Mickey Mouse Club! Professionally, I've been a registered nurse and certified case manager for 29 years...my dream is to retire and work for Disney again down in Orlando. I visit the parks every six months, and each time the experience is new, exciting...and always MAGICAL!
Thanks for allowing me to live my dream in writing with you! I write from my heart and love for Disney...I have a few Disney publications, mostly bios of Walt...so here goes! Please feel free to edit...I would love feedback so I can improve...this is my first venture into this outside of writing guides for friends and family visiting the parks...I've been doing that for several years!
I am also a mother of two...a daughter and son who have traveled with me to Disney with their mom to the parks and on the Cruise line. I've passed on my love of Disney to them and hope they continue the tradition!
