This past weekends we were invited guests of the Four Season Resort at their new golf restaurant called Plancha. Plancha offers a picturesque lakeside setting in which to enjoy fresh, boldly flavoured Cuban-American cuisine. Signature dishes such as the Cubana sandwich, empanadas and the chorizo burger provide an authentic taste of Cuba, and vibrant cocktails from the mojito to the Hemingway daiquiri are sure to please. They are open daily from 10AM to 6 PM, they are located in the Gold Clubhouse.

Chef Pedro is making everything from scratch just like his family used to do. He is using family recipes to give all the dish a homemade feel, with mouth watering flavors.

We were treated to a little of everything and I will tell you honestly we could not get enough of the food. The food was awesome and for a golf clubhouse they are knocking out of the park. There is something for everyone, salads, sandwiches, entree, and even dessert.

They have a excellent mixology program and really making tasteful, delicous cocktails. They are also trying to use fresh ingredients and special liquors and mixes, as well as infusing their own alcohol. They even have humidor filled with cigars too.
